di seguito troverai una descrizione in inglese della nostra famiglia e del tipo di aiuto che cerchiamo. idealmente volevamo sperimentare la possibilità di avere una au pair a casa avendo una bella spaziosa stanza in più, ma valutiamo anche rapporti di baby sitting.

we are a family of 5 persons.
my name is Elisa, I'm 35 and I’m the mother.
I used to work for an advertising agency as account but then I had three babies in less than 4 years and so I decided to take some time off and enjoy my children.
in October I'll be back to work with a part time contract (9am-4pm).
Mattia, my husband is 40 years old and works in the music business, more precisely in a radio station and as a music consultant.
we got married in April this year after 14 years together.

our oldest girl is Victoria and she'll be 6 in december: she is adorable, she loves drawing and playing. she is very collaborative and sweet.
our second daughter is Greta; she was born with a rare genetic disorder (syndrome called Cri du Chat) that causes a general delay. so she is almost 4 years old but she looks much more younger! she is the most sweet and happy girl I've ever seen. everyone fall in love with her! she is very quiet: at the moment she is not able to walk and talk, but she is able to go around moving on her back and she is a very good communicator with her body language and face expressions.
our last child will be 3 years old in October and is named Leonardo: he is an enthusiastic, energetic boy. he is very funny and loving.
all the 3 kids are very well behaved.

we are a very dynamic and sociable family. we like to read books to our children, go to movies, concerts, traveling and spending time with our friends.

About us
we live in Milan in the city center.
our house is located 10 minutes walk from one of the main squares (Piazza San Babila) and from our home you can reach easily every part of the town with the public transportation service.
we love our city and we think that every year the town offers more and more interesting things to do.
we know quite well the town and we'd be more than happy to give you tips and addresses to enjoy and experience the city.

we live in a 3 bedrooms house. there is a big living room (full of music), a livable kitchen, 2 bathrooms. the 3rd bedroom will be yours! its quite spacious and there is a big table inside. your bath room will not be exclusive, because it might be used also by the children and we will use it as well because there is inside the washing machine :-)

mondays to fridays we all go out for work or school/nursery school between 7.45am-9.10am. schools finish between 4 to 4.45pm. kids usually have dinner around 7pm and go to bed between 8pm to 9pm maximum.

during the week end we are more relaxed and flexible :-)

we have an house keeper for the cleaning coming 2/3 times a week.
usually we let children watch TV or TABLET after dinner. never before 7pm.

Expectations
we are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and dynamic person that could support us in the managing of the kids. here below some examples
- taking kids from school to home/sport activities/friends play date (by 4pm I'll be off work so most of the days we'll - share - kids commitments and the kids as well).
- take Greta to the therapist
- change nappies of Greta
- support in bathing the kids
- help Greta while eating (she is learning how to eat by herself and she is going great but she still needs the support of an adult)
- help us with light housework (dishes, laundry, putting ironed kids clothes in wardrobe, lay and clear the table).
- making kids beds
- integrating and supporting the good education habits of our kids
- stimolate the kids while playing with them
- playing with the kids in english

timetable
- we might ask you some help in the morning to prepare the kids for the school around 8.30am.
- then, one or two times a week we will ask you to take Greta to the therapist at 9am or 10am (each session lasts 45 minutes) and after to the nursery school (everything is walking distance or 2/3 stops with the tram). in these cases you'll be free from 11/11.30am to 4pm
- except for the - therapist days - you'll be free everyday till 4.15pm and on Wednesdays till 3pm (because Greta has to be taken to a kids place for special abilities)
- we will ask your support from the afternoon till after kids dinner time.
- once a week we will ask for baby sitting in the evenings.
